Refund Policy

At 3 The Hard Way Basketball (3THWBB), we are committed to providing elite training and quality gear. Because our services involve scheduled coaching time and custom merchandise, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:

1. Training Sessions & Camps

  • Cancellations: To receive a full refund or credit for a training session, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, as that time slot was reserved specifically for the athlete.

  • No-Shows: If an athlete does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited.

  • Medical Exceptions: If an injury prevents participation, please provide a medical note to receive a pro-rated credit for future sessions.

2. Apparel & Merchandise

  • Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, used athletic gear or "Final Sale" items cannot be returned.

  • Defective Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at 3thwbb@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage for a replacement or full refund.

3. Digital Products & Training Plans

  • Due to the immediate access nature of digital downloads and online training programs, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or discuss a refund regarding a training plan, please reach out to us:

Please include your order number or the athlete’s name and the date of the session in question. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
